Betsy joined a slate of inspiring speakers assembled for the Equal Voice ‘Women’s Campaign School “Virtual pop-up Event” hosted by the Orangeville and District Canadian Federation of University Women and moderated by Yaelle Gang of Equal Voice. Speakers included the Mayor of Orangeville Sandy Brown, Mayor of North Grenville Nancy Peckford, Councillors of the Town of Orangeville Debbie Sherwood and Lisa Post with video welcome from Mary Rose, former Mayor of Orangeville in an exciting event designed to inspire, equip and empower women to enter municipal politics.
